Special Programs

CTP Kids

CTP Kids/Ninos Bilingual Program (founded in 2020) grew from our desire to provide access to the arts for younger members of our community who are underrepresented in live theatre. We began reading stories in Spanish and English and having mini shows where children acted out the stories. As the program grew, we added more production elements and education. We look forward to continuing to expand the experiences and reach of this program. We encourage you to join us for a unique and fun-filled experience.

The Collier Gallery at CTP (Collaborative Theatre Project) is thrilled to announce its new exhibition, curated by Martin Steele, featuring work by Lynda Hoffman-Snodgrass. Lynda’s primary medium is watercolor, and recently she has been exploring new ways to present her paintings. This exhibition includes a traditional presentation of watercolors under glass, as well as varnished watercolors on paper that are then mounted on panels. The latest substrate that Lynda has worked with are watermedia surface birch wood panels. She starts each of her compositions intuitively with no real outcome in mind, then as she layers up the paint, her paintings develop. Utilizing more than fifty years of working with watercolors, she works on a painting until she feels satisfied that it is finished. Lynda hopes that her viewers will enjoy her work as much as she enjoys the creative process of making it.
